Project 1 : Reseach Timeline Analysis
This reseach project adopts document analysis methodology that invloves documenting, analyzing, producing and presenting orally a critical chronological interpretation of Modern Malaysian architectural history. This project emphasizes critical analysis of the post Merdeka/Independance of Malaysian architecture in the effort to understand the influences of post-modernism to architectural design and construction, building science and technology, and urban design. The project is to distinguish the way in which many diverse factors contribute to the development of Modern Malaysian architecture.
In a group of 25, we came up with a Modern Malaysia Architectural Chronology of South-West of Malaysia.
Project 2 : Report
In a group of 5, we had chosen National Mosque, Kuala Lumpur. In the form of a report, we are to document the findings of the analysis. The information should be supported using photos, sketches and diagrams as evidence. Also, references are to be cited to avoid plagiarism.
